We believe in complete transparency and honest communications.  To that end, we are an “open book” contractor. All bids, invoices, and labor hours associated with your project are available for review by you and your architect.

We have worked hard to develop forms and documents that track projects in an easy-to-understand yet comprehensive way.  Our estimates are presented according to the logical sequence of construction, with a subtotal for Shell Costs through Drywall, for Finish Costs after Drywall, and for Exterior Hardscaping and General Conditions.  Breaking the budget down at these critical stages allows you to better manage and control how you spend your money.
