Value engineering

We believe in value engineering throughout the building process.

During pre-construction, we like to review a design for constructability and code compliance and to offer value-engineering suggestions. This effort can be a major time and cost saver once construction begins.  We are also very good at generating accurate preliminary budgets, often before construction details are fully resolved or the scope of work is fully defined.

Once construction begins, we stay focused on cost control.  Everyone on the team is encouraged to look for creative solutions and to speak up with suggestions.
